• Newsletter subscribers: email address and optional role preference. Used only to send job alerts.
• Employers posting jobs: name, email, and job details submitted via the post-a-job form.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Not linked to individuals.

3. How we use your data

We use your email address solely to send the job alerts you signed up for. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

We use a single cookie (kh-mode) to remember your light/dark theme preference. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

5. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from job alerts at any time via the link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email hello@anywherehired.com.

6. Third-party links

Job listings link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
