Job Description: We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Waitress / Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner, • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen, • Serve dishes and drinks promptly and efficiently, • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set, • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries, • Handle customer requests and resolve any concerns with professionalism, • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation at all times Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, • Previous experience in an Italian restaurant is a plus, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Well-presented, reliable, and punctual, • A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
