Our restaurants are renowned for delivering authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, crafted from the freshest ingredients. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, showcasing your skills in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine., • Maintain quality and consistency across all dishes served., • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials., • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen., • Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants., • Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques., • Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment., • Team player with a passion for creating exceptional dishes., • Knowledge of Italian cuisine is required., • Right to work in the UK.
