Need junior chef for our bistro restaurant in Walthamstow Village We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen at Ruff’s Bistro. Responsibilities: • Full kitchen management and daily operations, • Menu development and seasonal specials, • Stock control and supplier management, • Maintaining high food quality and presentation • Previous experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up, • Strong leadership and organisational skills, • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, • Ability to work under pressure What we offer: • Competitive salary (based on experience), • Supportive working environment
