We are seeking an experienced and passionate Curry Chef to join our small, independent Indian restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic Indian cuisine, with a particular focus on a wide range of curries. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Indian curries and other dishes., • Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste., • Managing kitchen operations, including stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control., • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations., • Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service., • Contributing to menu development and innovation where appropriate.
