Job Description
I’m looking for a Junior Events Sous Chef for a prestigious catering company, to work in a multi-outlet retail and hospitality site. You’ll be working in different types of events, from fine dining to canapès, bowl food, sandwich platters etc. and will collaborate with the Head Chef in running event operations, managing staff, keeping food safety and health and safety compliance on track, playing a key role in hospitality events.
