Job Overview We are opening a new café and dessert concept and are looking for enthusiastic and flexible team members to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in multiple areas of the business, including food preparation, coffee making, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within a professional environment committed to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities • Prepare simple food and dessert items according to company standards, • Make coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages, • Take customer orders accurately (in person and/or via POS system), • Serve food and drinks in a friendly and professional manner, • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café, • Support daily opening and closing duties, • Ensure excellent customer service at all times Requirements • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude, • Willingness to learn and take on different tasks, • Good communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Flexible availability (including weekends and evenings), • Previous café or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer • Full training provided, • Opportunity to grow with a new and exciting concept, • Supportive and friendly team environment, • Staff discounts (if you plan to offer this)
