We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and ensure smooth, high-quality service. Responsibilities • Lead the team during service and maintain high standards, • Deliver excellent customer service and handle issues professionally, • Support daily bar operations, stock control, and cleanliness, • Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations, • Train and motivate team members Requirements • Previous bar supervisory experience, • Strong knowledge of drinks and bar operations, • Leadership and communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
