We are seeking an experienced and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook all breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, pastries, and daily specials., • Ensure all food is prepared to the required specifications and served in a timely manner., • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations., • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed., • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a busy cafe or restaurant environment., • Knowledge of various breakfast cooking techniques and recipes., • Ability to work early mornings and weekends., • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
