Events Head Chef position for a well established Cafè/ restaurant in the heart of The City The venue opens Monday to Friday, day time only but they also run a very busy catering service (both internal and external) on weekends The ideal candidate : • Reliable and with at least 3 years of experience, ideally within a catering company, • Familiar with events and in particular small weddings and private dinners, • Able to run a kitchen effectively, from rotas, to costings, menu implementation etc, • No ego and a can-do attitude
