Full-Time Chef Central London | Breddos Tacos We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly chef to join the Breddos family on a full-time basis. You’ll be part of a busy, fast-paced kitchen, supporting prep, service, cleanliness and day-to-day kitchen standards. We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, keeps calm under pressure and brings good energy to the team. What we’re looking for: • Previous kitchen experience, • Calm and efficient during busy services, • Good attitude and strong work ethic, • Reliable, punctual and consistent, • Able to work full-time across a rota, including evenings and some weekends, • Someone who cares about food quality, cleanliness and team standards Mexican cuisine experience is a big advantage, but not essential. The right attitude, pace and willingness to learn matter most. This is a great role for someone who wants to be part of a growing team, work with good people and help sling out some of the best tacos in London.
