This role requires an understanding of coffee making techniques, latte art and the ability to interact positively with customers, ensuring they have a pleasant experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness of machines. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and taking their orders. Suggest menu items and upsell products to enhance customers’ experience. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace.
