Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused team member with barista experience to join our coffee and bakery shop. This role involves preparing high-quality hot and iced beverages, serving baked goods and sandwiches, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a range of hot and iced coffee drinks to a consistent standard, • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment, • Serve baked goods, pastries, and sandwiches quickly and accurately, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and display areas, • Handle customer orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism, • Restock ingredients and monitor freshness of products, • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times Requirements: • Previous experience as a barista (essential), • Ability to prepare both hot and iced coffee beverages confidently, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices, • Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
