Willows is looking for a friendly, confident and energetic Barista/Bartender to join our small independent team in Clapham. We’re a neighbourhood restaurant, with a relaxed wine and cocktail offering in the evenings. We care about great coffee, warm service, good food and creating a space people genuinely love spending time in. What we’re looking for: • Someone confident making coffees and working in a fast-paced environment, • Cocktail or bar experience is a bonus, but we can train the right person, • A people person with great energy and attention to detail, • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close team, • Reliability, initiative and a positive attitude are essential The role includes: • Making coffees and drinks to a high standard, • Serving customers and providing warm, friendly service, • Helping with evening bar service and cocktails, • Opening/closing duties and keeping the space clean and organised, • Supporting the team across front of house
