Join our dynamic kitchen team at a traditional Japanese ramen restaurant. We are seeking a dedicated and punctual individual to contribute to our culinary operations. Key Requirements: • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. (please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement), • Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment is preferred, but beginners are welcome as full training will be provided., • Punctual, polite, and hardworking with a positive attitude., • A good team player, essential for a collaborative kitchen., • A genuine interest in Japanese ramen cuisine., • Basic English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Assist efficiently with the preparation of ramen ingredients, including chopping vegetables, crafting soup bases, and marinating toppings., • Ensure the kitchen maintains impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times., • Support the cooking and precise plating of noodles., • Aid in managing inventory and organizing ingredient storage., • Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
