We’re looking for a confident, friendly and hardworking Bartender to join our team at The Yard Bar. Our venue is a busy and vibrant LGBT+ space in the heart of Soho, known for great service, good energy and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. What You’ll Be Doing • Preparing and serving drinks quickly and efficiently, • Delivering excellent customer service with a warm and inclusive attitude, • Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked throughout the shift, • Handling payments and operating the till accurately, • Supporting table service and handing out wrist bands when required, • Helping maintain a fun, safe and respectful environment for both customers and staff, • Working as part of a fast-paced team during busy nights and events What We’re Looking For • Previous bar tending or hospitality experience preferred, • Strong communication and people skills, • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment, • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic, • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and draught products is a bonus, • Comfortable working late nights, weekends and Pride/events periods, • Someone who values diversity, inclusion and community What We Offer • Competitive pay, • Service charge, • Flexible shifts, • Fun and supportive team environment, • Opportunity to work in one of Soho’s well-known LGBT+ venues, • Staff incentives and development opportunities If you’re energetic, personable and enjoy working in a lively atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.
