We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and passionate kitchen professional to join the launch team of our exciting new flagship Caffé Di Ravello store. Caffé Di Ravello is an award-winning independent speciality coffee brand inspired by Italian coffee culture, combining traditional craftsmanship with a modern all-day caffé experience. Our new flagship location will bring together exceptional speciality coffee, beautiful interiors and a fresh, creative all-day brunch menu with a strong focus on quality ingredients and presentation. This is not a standard caffé kitchen role — we are looking for someone who wants to help shape and lead a modern brunch offering within a growing independent business. We are a genuinely small independent company and pride ourselves on building a close, supportive and family-style working environment. We are looking for somebody who wants to become part of the journey, bring ideas to the table, work closely with the team and genuinely gel with the culture we are creating. The role will primarily focus on heading up our kitchen and all-day brunch menu, while also being happy to support the coffee service area during quieter preparation periods where required.
