Bartender

Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to manage the bar during your shift, crafting cocktails, serving wines, organising prep, polishing glasses and making well-informed recommendations to those sitting around the bar, to ensure our guests leave having had a great experience that we are proud of. This role will involve opening and closing the bar to the highest standards, and warm, personable and passionate interaction with guests and team members alike! Salary £16.50+ per hour built of basic £12.71 + tronc Full time: from 30 hours per week
