The Fishery (Fish and chips) is seeking a part-time Chef to join our friendly team in Bromley. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual passionate about delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and cooking traditional fish and chips., • Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards., • Managing kitchen operations, including inventory and stock rotation., • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations., • Contributing to a positive and efficient working environment. We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a fish and chips or fast-food setting., • Possesses excellent cooking and food preparation skills., • Is a reliable and responsible team player., • Can work efficiently during busy periods., • Has a strong understanding of food hygiene and safety.
