Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Skilled at cooking chicken and lamb on coal BBQ, • Prepare meats for coal BBQ, including marination and grilling., • Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of traditional Lebanese dishes., • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste., • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment., • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines., • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies., • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications: • Arabic speaking is ideal., • Experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine strongly preferred., • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail., • Strong teamwork and communication skills., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
