Location: Central London Salary: Competitive + Bonus Scheme Hours: Approx. 43 hours per week | Mainly Monday to Friday The Opportunity An exclusive hospitality venue in Central London is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. This role offers the chance to work in a refined and high-standard environment with an excellent work-life balance compared to traditional hospitality operations. The successful candidate will work across both restaurant and events service, supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering exceptional food standards. Main Duties • Run and manage your designated section during service., • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard., • Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations., • Assist with private dining and event catering., • Ensure all food hygiene and safety procedures are followed correctly., • Help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment., • Support junior members of the brigade when needed., • Contribute positively to teamwork and kitchen culture. Requirements • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up., • Background in quality-focused kitchens preferred., • Good understanding of fresh food preparation and kitchen operations., • Calm and organised approach during busy services., • Strong communication and teamwork skills., • Reliable, professional, and motivated attitude.
