Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our busy Pakistani restaurant in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Asian dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellent presentation. Key duties include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to traditional recipes, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and managing kitchen operations during service. The Chef will also be expected to monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimise food waste. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with knowledge of Pakistani or South Asian cuisine. Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. A commitment to cleanliness, teamwork, and customer satisfaction is required.
