Duties • Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, • Plan and prepare curries, biryanis, starters, and traditional meals, • Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard, • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, • Monitor food stock and report shortages when necessary, • Follow food safety and health & safety regulations, • Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods, • Assist in menu development and preparation of special dishes Qualifications • Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting, • Supervising experience in a professional kitchen environment, • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, • Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, • Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills, • Experience in food production and menu development, • Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods, • Good organisational skills with attention to detail, • Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential This position offers an engaging environment for passionate culinary professionals eager to showcase their skills while leading a dedicated team.
