Role Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced part-time waiter/waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and professional attitude. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and wine pairings. Take orders accurately and ensure timely service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Uphold Capricci’s standards of service at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-quality restaurant. Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and wines (advantageous). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
