Job Title: Waiter / Waitress Reports to: Head Waiter / Management Team Role Summary: The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: • Provide consistently excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations., • Collaborate with and support other staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations., • Guide guests to their assigned tables., • Accurately and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to tables., • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests., • Accurately take and process food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system., • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner., • Perform opening and closing duties, including table setup, cleaning, and inventory management.
