The Role We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bar Waiter to join our front-of-house team. This is an afternoon to late-night position, well suited to someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, high-end restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities: Pour and serve drinks to guests at the bar and table Support the front-of-house team with table service, clearing, and resetting Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the bar and dining areas Ensure every guest receives a warm and attentive experience Comply with licensing laws and health and safety regulations Essential Requirements: A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine enjoyment of hospitality Good communication and team-working skills Professional appearance and demeanour Flexible availability to work afternoons, evenings, and late nights, mainly Friday and Saturday Right to work in the UK What We Offer: £13 to £14 per hour 5 days, full time Opportunity to work in a prestigious traditional Japanese restaurant Staff meals Tips and service charge Training and development opportunities A supportive and dynamic team environment We would love to hear from you if you are enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to be part of an exceptional team.
