CHEF WANTED Italian Restaurant | Belsize Park, NW3 Long-term position We’re looking for a strong, reliable Chef to join our team at an Italian restaurant in Belsize Park. The right person must have at least 5 years’ proven experience in Italian cuisine, working with fresh ingredients and freshly prepared dishes only — no pre-cooked or pre-made food. You must be able to run a small kitchen and manage a team of 5 people. We’re looking for someone with strong knowledge of: Food costing Rota management Labour cost control Health, safety and hygiene regulations Daily ordering and fresh ingredients Prep organisation with minimal wastage Busy service management Standard kitchen procedures You must be organised, confident and able to build a team, support it, and help each person grow professionally through guidance, motivation and clear standards. Hours: Monday to Thursday: dinner service only Friday, Saturday and Sunday: lunch and dinner 45 hours per week 2 days off 28 days’ holiday per year Salary: To be discussed privately and based on ability.
