Kitchen Porter – New Opening Temaki Mayfair Temaki Mayfair is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team for an exciting new restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair. We specialise in premium-casual Japanese cuisine, focusing on hand-rolls and modern Japanese dishes, delivered in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment. Key Details • Interviews start: 27th April, • Planned opening: Around 8th May, • Location: Mayfair, London, • Position: Kitchen Porter (Full-time / Part-time considered) Responsibilities • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, • Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, • Assisting chefs with basic prep when required, • Supporting the kitchen team during service, • Following all food safety and health & safety procedures What We’re Looking For • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude, • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, • Team-focused mindset, • Previous kitchen porter experience preferred but not essential What We Offer • Opportunity to be part of a new opening, • Supportive and professional kitchen team, • Staff meals during shifts, • Career progression opportunities within the business
