We’re looking for a confident and energetic Bartender / Barista to join our growing team at Break The Fast London. With a strong brunch focus and expanding evening service, this role is perfect for someone who can deliver exceptional coffee by day and great drinks by night. Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time (including weekends) What you’ll be doing Preparing high-quality coffee (espresso-based drinks) with consistency Creating latte art (heart/tulip minimum standard) Serving cocktails, soft drinks, and brunch beverages Delivering excellent customer service and creating a great atmosphere Managing bar setup, stock, and cleanliness Supporting opening and closing procedures What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Bartender/Barista Strong coffee skills (dialling in espresso, milk texturing, latte art) Confident working in a fast-paced environment Great communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team player Flexible to work weekends What we offer Competitive salary (£30k–£36k) Free staff meals Opportunity to grow with an expanding brand A fun, supportive team environment
