Raasa, an established Indian restaurant in Orpington, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our daily operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include: • Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Schedule shifts and manage performance reviews., • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, from front-of-house to kitchen operations. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene., • Customer Satisfaction: Actively engage with guests, address feedback, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty., • Financial Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, control costs, and contribute to achieving revenue targets., • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations., • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate on strategies to attract and retain customers, enhancing the restaurant's reputation within the local community.
