Job description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef specialising in South Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional South Indian flavours, ingredients, and cooking techniques, along with the ability to create and develop a well-balanced, commercially viable menu. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, team management, supplier coordination, and maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency. We are seeking a chef who is both creative and operationally strong someone who can bring authenticity while adapting to a modern dining environment. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting and prior leadership experience is essential.
