As Supervisor, you will be crucial in supervising staff, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities • Operational Oversight: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring all aspects from food and beverage service to housekeeping and front desk run smoothly. • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service and a positive team environment. • Customer Service: Serve as a direct point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience. • Quality Control: Monitor and uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as quality standards for food production and presentation. • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of special functions and events, ensuring they are organized effectively. • Leadership: Lead by example, motivating the team in order to achieve the goals proposed by the Company.
