The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, staff management, and customer satisfaction are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities Overseeing daily restaurant operations Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team Delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining brand standards Managing staff rotas, recruitment, and training Working closely with the kitchen and senior management teams Monitoring service quality, performance, and operational efficiency Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations Driving sales and creating a positive guest experience Requirements Previous experience in a management role within hospitality or restaurants Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to thrive in a busy, high-end restaurant environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Proven career progression and management experience preferred.
