Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, while managing performance and fostering a positive team environment. Ensure smooth service during peak hours, particularly on weekends and evenings, maintaining company policies and standards. Uphold customer service excellence, addressing escalated issues and engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment. Skills: exceptional customer service Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
