We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor / Head Waiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, • Lead, train, and motivate the waiting staff, • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction, • Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally, • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, • Manage reservations, seating, and table turnover efficiently, • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service, • Assist with opening and closing duties Requirements: • Previous experience in a similar role (Supervisor / Head Waiter), • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, • Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
