We’re looking for a confident and organised Supervisor to help lead our bar and floor teams and create unforgettable guest experiences. Our venue is all about delicious food, great drinks, live sport, and good times – and we need a supervisor who can bring energy to both the bar and restaurant floor while keeping the day-to-day operations on track behind the scenes. 🕹️ Your mission (should you choose to accept it): Lead and support the bar and floor teams during service Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service across both the bar and restaurant floor Handle customer queries and resolve issues confidently Support staff training, motivation, and shift organisation Manage bookings, rotas, and daily admin tasks Assist with stock control, cash handling, and reporting Help maintain a lively, friendly, and fun atmosphere throughout the venue ⚽ What we’re looking for: Previous experience in hospitality supervision across bar and floor operations Strong organisational and administrative skills Outgoing, people-first personality Confidence in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Love for sports, games, or a buzzing social atmosphere Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
