Job Description

We are seeking a Part-time Kitchen Assistant/Porter to join our team. This role primarily involves weekend work Friday to Sunday 5 hour shifts with potential for additional shifts during the week as required. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting front-of-house staff with the efficient cleaning and management of crockery and cutlery, utilizing dishwashers., • Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for work stations, pots, pans, and utensils., • Performing a thorough post-service clean-down, covering ovens, air fryers, all kitchen surfaces, and floors., • Ensuring regular cleaning and maintenance of fridges to uphold hygiene standards.
