Job description

As a Bartender, you will prepare drinks to specification and support service across wine, cocktails, coffee, and service beverages. Key Responsibilities • Preparing drinks to specification and quality standards, • Supporting service to both bar and floor, • Maintaining organisation and cleanliness behind the bar, • Assisting with stock, prep, and service setup, • Engaging positively and professionally with guests, • Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates About You • Minimum 1 year bar or hospitality experience preferred, • Interest in cocktails, wine, and café service, • Strong organisation and teamwork skills, • Positive and professional attitude, • Comfortable working in fast-paced services
