We are looking for a part time (2 days a week, including one of the days being Sunday and the second day being mid week) Salad Chef responsible for preparing fresh salads and dressings, ensuring high-quality presentation and ingredient freshness. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation & Presentation: Wash, chop, slice, and dice vegetables, fruits, and proteins, assembling salads according to restaurant recipes and standards., • Station Management: Set up, maintain, and clean the salad station., • Food Safety & Hygiene: Monitor ingredient freshness and temperatures, strictly adhering to food safety regulations., • Inventory & Ordering: Monitor inventory levels and order produce, notifying management when stock is low.
