Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen while maintaining high culinary standards and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Key Responsibilities Manage and run your assigned kitchen section efficiently Prepare, cook, and present Italian dishes to a high standard Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Assist with menu preparation and daily specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Support junior kitchen staff and work collaboratively with the team Minimize waste and assist with stock control when required Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Passion for food and attention to detail Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Supportive and professional kitchen environment Opportunity for career growth and development Staff meals and employee benefits Work with high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian recipes
