Sushi Chef Wanted – Modern Japanese- We are a modern Japanese restaurant with a Brazilian twist, located in London, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. Requirements: Strong knife skills and confidence in fish preparation Experience cutting and handling raw fish to high standards Ability to prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi with precision and consistency Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (UK regulations preferred) Fast, clean, and organized working style Team player with a positive attitude We are looking for someone passionate about sushi, quality-driven, and proud of their presentation skills.
