This role allows you to significantly impact our customers' journey as the main point of contact, ensuring a high standard of service. Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop., • Act as the liaison between customers and the kitchen., • Prepare coffees and perform basic kitchen tasks to complete orders., • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu and available options., • Report any issues immediately to the head chef., • Engage confidently with the public. Key Skills Required: • Previous face-to-face customer service experience., • Proven ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change., • Experience in a gluten-free kitchen/shop is advantageous.
