Job Description
Responsibilities: Preparation of multiple forms of sushi, maintaining a safe and hygienic cooking area in compliance with Food Safety Standards; assist with stock control of ingredients Requirements: Have previous experience working in a Japanese restaurant, speak English to a conversational level Shift: Tuesday to Sunday, 5pm to 9pm
