• In-depth knowledge of the standards of baking, cooking and grilling techniques, • Organisational skills, • Excellent customer service, • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures, • Time management skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment, • Ability to solve problems quickly, • marinating, cutting and precooking foods, • Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant’s opening and closing, • Kitchen & Process Management Maintain kitchen standards, including organization, cleanliness, and inventory management of key ingredients and supplies., • Receive, open, and store packages, • Help to keep kitchen and dry storage areas clean and tidy, • Assist with breaking down, cleaning, and reassembling various pieces of kitchen equipment
