Job Description

We are looking for a chef who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and effectively manage and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of food quality, organization, and consistency, while working closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As we focus on traditional, home-style cuisine, we periodically update and refine our menu. We would therefore value someone who is able to contribute ideas and bring thoughtful menu suggestions when appropriate. As we are expanding and opening a second site, we would also value someone who is capable of overseeing and coordinating kitchen operations across both locations.
