Job Description

We are a new Italian and Mediterranean restaurant opening in the heart of Maida Vale, and we’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic waitress/waiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to a high standard, • Hand-stretch dough and ensure consistent quality, • Manage oven timings and maintain optimal cooking temperatures, • Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain kitchen stock levels, • Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are strictly followed, • Work efficiently during busy service periods, • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations Requirements: • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role, • Knowledge of traditional and modern pizza-making techniques, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and presentation, • Team player with good communication skills, • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
