Prep Chef — Kiez (New Opening) Notting Hill | Full-time | Immediate Start Kiez is a Berlin-inspired new opening in Notting Hill - tight menu, great food, strong identity. We need a solid prep chef to help us get open and keep the kitchen running well. What you'll be doing • Daily prep to a high standard and consistent spec, • Supporting the kitchen team through service, • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and stocked, • Following HACCP and food safety standards What you'll bring • Experience in a professional kitchen, • High standards, good pace, reliable, • A positive attitude and happy to get stuck in Mondays + Tuesdays off.
