Food Runner (Back of House Support) We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team at Bricco e Bacco London. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards while being a strong team player. Location: 11–13 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 1RH Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £14.00–£16.00 per hour Shift Patterns: • 8-hour shifts, • 12-hour shifts Additional Pay: • Bonus scheme, • Tips Role Responsibilities: • Support the kitchen team by ensuring timely delivery of equipment, ingredients, and dishes during service, • Assist with preparation before service, including mise en place, • Organise and maintain napkins, cutlery, and service stations, • Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all back-of-house areas, • Assist with any additional duties required to support efficient kitchen operations Requirements: • Previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred (minimum 1 year), • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment, • Strong teamwork and communication skills, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within a professional kitchen environment, this could be the start of a rewarding career with us.
