Sous Chef Wanted – Breddos Tacos Breddos Tacos is looking for a strong Sous Chef to join our team. We’re after someone with a good level of kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a busy, supportive team. You’ll be working with fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a menu inspired by Mexican food and street food culture. Experience with Mexican food is a big plus, but it’s not essential.. what matters most is that you care about food, standards, consistency, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do. The role includes: • Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, • Helping lead the team during service, • Maintaining high food quality and presentation, • Keeping strong hygiene and food safety standards, • Supporting prep, stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation, • Helping create a positive, professional kitchen environment We’re looking for someone who is: • Experienced in busy kitchens, • Calm and organised under pressure, • A team player with good communication, • Reliable, professional, and hands-on, • Passionate about food and willing to learn, • Familiar with Mexican food, or excited to learn more about it This is a great opportunity to join a growing food business with a strong reputation, a fun style of cooking, and a friendly team culture.
