We are looking for an experienced senior waiter or waitress to join our team in a small and refined restaurant environment. The ideal candidate must have strong previous hospitality experience, excellent guest service skills, confidence in delivering professional and attentive service with initiative and independence, and a solid understanding of restaurant operations; experience in bar service, as well as knowledge of wine and sake, will be highly valued.
